How to make handmade Christmas cards

One of the great things about a recession (!) yes, I know but bear with me, is that it does have a tendency to bring out people’s creative streak.

Who would have imagined 10 years ago, that one of the most popular programmes on TV would be about making homemade cakes and flower arranging (Kirstie’s Handmade Britain, Channel 4).

The reason why I, and many other people like me, enjoy these pursuits is because not only are they are great way to let our creatives juices flow, they are relaxing and ultimately a very frugal way of creating something beautiful for our homes, or those of our friends.
